What Bella Nava Creations doesīrandie specializes in making one-of-a-kind cakes that let you put your personal style on them. Since then she has grown her cake decoration talents and expanded her creative capabilities to further include baked treats such as additional cakes (both round and sheet) macaron towers, decorated cookies (including holiday cookies), petit four towers, and petit four platters, all of which earned her a national competition title of Sweetest Cake Shop in Minnesota in 2019. She found it to be so fun and creative that she decided to make keep baking cakes and has since never stopped! With each new cake brought joy to those who were celebrating milestones and while being surrounded by loved ones, Brandie had found her calling. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner of Bella Nava Creations, Brandie, to photograph her and her cake creations to be listed in the Minnesota section of Spicey Green Book, a virtual directory for Black-owned food and beverage businesses throughout the US and Canada.
